12Elevate and safely support the front of the vehicleRemove the (4) wheel nuts and the front wheel5Loosen brake pad adjustment set screw 2-3 turns to allow brake pad removal after the caliper is removed
Use care when supporting vehicle so that it does not tip or fallSevere injury may occur34Clean caliper area before removalPlace container below the caliper to catch brake fluid when removing the lineRemove brake line from caliper6Remove the two caliper mounting bolts and remove the caliper assembly from the front hubRZR Shown
