BRAKES Pad Inspection
1Measure the thickness of the pad materialReplace pads if worn beyond the service limit
Pad AssemblyInstallation
1Lubricate mounting bracket pins with light film of silicone grease and install rubber dust bootsApply Grease to Each Bracket Pin
Compress mounting bracket and make sure dust boots are fully seatedInstall pads with friction material facing each other
Measure Thickness 3Front Brake Pad Thickness: RZRRZR S: .300" .007" (7.6 mm .178 mm) RZR 4: .297 .007" (7.5 .178 mm) Service Limit: .180" (4.6 mm) If brake pads are contaminated with grease, oil, or liquid soaked do not use the padsUse only new, clean padsInstall caliper onto front hub and torque mounting bolts to specificationRZR Shown
