1Use scribe to mark the differential cover and caseRemove the (10) screws retaining the differential cover4Use scribe to mark the ring gear and differential caseRemove the (8) bolts that secure the ring gear to the differential and allow the ring gear to slide down and offUse brass punch in the recessed area as shown to remove the differential coverPlace the differential assembly uprightUse roll pin punch to remove the roll pin from the differential case
