FINAL DRIVE 14Inspect the roll cage assembly (B) sliding surfaces and HspringsThe sliding surfaces must be clean and free of nicks, burrs or scratchesIf damaged, replace the roll cage assemblyH-Spring B
Gearcase Assembly
12As mentioned during gearcase disassembly section, replace all O-rings, seals and worn componentsInstall pinion shaft assembly and install internal snap ring
NOTE: If bearing replacement was required, press new bearing onto the pinion shaft and install new external snap ring3Install new pinion shaft seal into the pinion gear housingUsing universal seal installer, press the new seal into the housing until the seal is just below the housing chamferPress in oil seal just past chamfer
