ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION Fuel Tank Removal (RZRRZR S)
IMPORTANT: Syphon as much fuel from the tank as possible before attempting to remove it from the vehicle5Remove the fuel tank vent hose clamp with suitable pliers and remove the vent line from the tank vent fitting
Always wear safety goggles when working with high pressure or flammable fluidsFailure to do so could result in serious injury or complications123Remove the driver and passenger seats along with the rear service panelDisconnect the negative battery cable from the battery located under the driver's seatWhile holding shop towel over the fuel line connector, disconnect the quick connect fuel line from the fuel pumpMove the fuel line out of the way for tank removalRemove the rear seat base assembly from the vehicle by removing the (2) fasteners retaining the rear seat base
