ENGINE NOTE: Before assembly, clean the bolts and bolt holes with Primer (PN 2874275) to remove any debrisThis will ensure proper sealing when installing bolts37Install shaft seal with ceramic surface facing inwardR 39Install water pump cover (R) with new O-ring sealTorque bolts to specification in proper sequence (see Page 3.4)Install the O-ring dry No lubricants

38Install water pump impeller (P)Secure the impeller with the washer and new nut (Q)Torque the nut to specificationP Water Pump Housing Bolt Torque: 96 inlbs(10.85 0.35 Nm) Torque in proper sequence 40Sparingly apply Starter Drive Grease (PN 2871423) to the starter driveInstall the starter bendixNOTE: There are thrust washers on both sides of starter drive
