ENGINE 11Remove the (2) push rivets and remove the intake box from the vehicleIMPORTANT: Mark or note which ignition coil wire goes to which cylinder and ignition coil postThe engine will misfire if the spark plug wires are installed incorrectlyThe spark plug wires are marked with PTO and MAG from the factory and should be installed to the corresponding cylinder and ignition coil post17Remove the vent lines from the upper bolt-in frame brace and plug vent lines to prevent fluid leakage during removal18Remove the (6) fasteners retaining the upper bolt-in frame brace and remove it from the vehicle with the ignition coil and PVT duct attachedRemove Push Rivets 12Elevate the rear of the vehicle off the ground using suitable ATV lift and remove both rear wheels13Remove all exhaust components from vehicle and engine14Loosen the hose clamp attaching the outlet duct to the PVT coverLeave the duct attached to the upper frame supportIgnition Coil PVT Duct 19Remove the rear stabilizer bar from the linkage on both sides of the vehicleStandard RZR Shown
