ELECTRICAL Headlight Replacement
12345Remove the (4) side and (1) rear mounted pod screwsCarefully remove the headlight lens from the podUnplug the headlight from the harness and remove the bulbInstall new bulb, and install the lens back into the podReinstall the mounting screws
TailBrake Bulb Replacement
Before replacing the bulb, use digital multimeter to test the harness to ensure the lamp is receiving 12 volts and that ground path is presentIf tail light, brake light, or work light does not work the bulb may need to be replaced1Remove bulb by turning the rubber base 14 turn and pulling the bulb outReplace it with recommended bulbApply Dielectric Grease (PN 2871329) to the connectionTest the tail light, and brake light, to verify it is working properlyBumper Lamp Replacement
