BRAKES 3Install the caliper and torque new mounting bolts to specification
CALIPER SERVICE
Caliper Removal
12Loosen the (4) wheel nutsElevate and support the side of the ATV in which the caliper is being serviced
CAUTION
New bolts have pre-applied locking agent which is destroyed upon removalAlways use new brake caliper mounting bolts upon assembly
CAUTION
Use care when supporting vehicle so that it does not tip or fallSevere injury may occur if machine tips or falls34Remove the wheel nuts and wheelPlace suitable container under the caliper to catch brake fluid draining from brake lineUsing wrench, loosen and remove brake line from the caliperRear Caliper Shown
