FINAL DRIVE ADC System Fluid Bleeding
1234Position the vehicle on level surface and allow the vehicle to sit for at least 30 minutesThoroughly clean the areas around the ADC reservoir and bleeder valvesRemove the reservoir cap and diaphragm assemblyMake sure the fluid inside the reservoir is free of debrisIf any debris is found, use clean shop towel or suction device to remove it from the reservoir9Close the valve when clean (bubble-free) fluid begins to flow from the valve
10Repeat steps 7-9 on the remaining bleeder valve11Torque the bleeder valves to specification and reinstall the protective caps
Bleeder Valve Torque: 80 inlbs(9 Nm) 12Fill reservoir to level midway between "MAX" and "MIN" fill linesVerify no debris is found in reservoir fluid13Install the reservoir cap and diaphragm securely and wipe clean any fluid residue
