MAINTENANCE Front Gearcase ADC Fluid
NOTE: It is important to follow the front gearcase maintenance intervals described in the Periodic Maintenance ChartRegular fluid level inspections should be performed as wellSERVICE NOTE: Under extreme use, change fluid every 25 hours"Extreme Use" is defined as constant ADC operation on hilly or mountainous terrain, or if ADC is the primary mode of AWD operationFront Gearcase ADC Fluid Level Check The ADC fluid reservoir is located underneath the front rack as shown belowMaintain the fluid level between the "MIN" and "MAX" levels indicated on the reservoir12Disengage the anchors and remove front rack assemblyCheck the fluid level of the ADC reservoir5Begin the bleeding process by filling reservoir to the "MAX" level with clean Polaris Demand Drive Plus=Recommended ADC Fluid: Polaris Demand Drive Plus (PN 2877922) (Quart) 6Locate bleeder valves found on each side of the front gearcase and remove the protective capsBleeder Valve
