MAINTENANCE Valve Clearance Adjustment
12345Remove the seat and both upper side panelsDisconnect the shift linkage from the shift leverRemove the (2) screws retaining the lower portion of the air boxRemove the hose from the breaker valve located on top of the valve coverRemove the push rivets retaining the right-hand portion of the rear cab to gain access to the bolts retaining the upper right-hand frame supportRemove the (4) bolts retaining the frame supportPull the support forward and down to remove it from the vehicleRemove the (2) Torx-head screws retaining the upper portion of the air box to the front cabCarefully disconnect the ECU by pulling the tab out while pulling down on the connectorLoosen the hose clamp retaining the intake boot to the intake plenum and remove the bootMAGPTO ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE
