BRAKES BRAKE PADS
Pad Removal
12Loosen the (4) wheel nutsElevate and support the side of the ATV in which the caliper brake pads are being serviced
Pad Inspection
1Measure the thickness of the pad materialReplace pads if worn beyond the service limit
Use care when supporting vehicle so that it does not tip or fallSevere injury may occur if machine tips or falls34Remove the wheel nuts and wheelRemove the (2) brake caliper mounting bolts and caliper
