CLUTCHING (PVT) NOTE: Use Bushing Tool PA-473368Install nut (C) onto end of puller rod and hand tightenTurn puller barrel to increase tension on sheave if neededUsing hand held propane torch, apply heat around outside of bushing until tiny smoke tailings appearTurn sheave counterclockwise on puller rod until it comes freeLift sheave off pullerCover Bushing Removal 1Install main adapter (Item 8) on pullerRemoval Tool (3) Nut (C)
10Remove nut from puller rod and set aside11Pull bushing removal tool and adapter from puller rodRemove bushing from tool and discardDrive Clutch Bushing Installation 1Place main adapter (Item 8) on pullerPuller Tool (A,B) Side "A" toward sheave Nut (C) 2345Bushing Main Adapter (8) 234Piston Pin Puller 678Install adapter reducer (Item 9)From outside of clutch cover, insert removal tool (Item 3) into cover bushingWith inside of cover toward vise, slide cover onto pullerInstall nut onto puller rod and hand tightenTurn puller barrel to increase tension as neededTurn clutch cover counterclockwise on puller rod until bushing is removed and cover comes freeRemove nut from puller rod and set asideRemove bushing and bushing removal tool from pullerDiscard bushingMain Adapter (8)
