CLUTCHING (PVT) 4Install the cover and torque the inner PVT cover screws to specification13Replace the outer PVT cover seal14Reinstall outer PVT cover and secure with screwsTorque screws to specification
Inner PVT Cover Screws: 6-8 ftlbs(8-11 Nm) 5678Wipe away any excess silicone sealantClean the splines inside the driven clutch and on the transmission input shaftApply light film of grease to the splines on the shaftInstall the driven clutch, cup washer, lock washer, and retaining boltTorque retaining bolt to specification
Outer PVT Cover Screws: 45-50 inlbs(5-5.6 Nm) 15Reinstall the rear cab, tail light bulbs, and fasteners16Reinstall the lower left-hand frame support and torque bolts to specification
Lower Left-Hand Frame Support Bolts: 36 ftlbs(49 Nm) 17Install the left rear wheel and torque wheel nuts to specification
