ENGINE Cam Chain Tensioner Installation
1Lubricate tensioner plunger and install in tensioner bore with check valve end of plunger (B) facing OUT (toward cap plate)3Push tensioner plunger in and hold
452Start outer tensioner bolt through cap plate and new gasketStart bolt about threads into outer hole
Rotate plate and gasket into position and start the inner boltSlowly draw bolts evenly until snugTorque: 89 lb-in(10 Nm)
