BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH
1Disconnect wire harness from switchLocated on bulk head under front cover2Connect an ohmmeter across switch contactsReading should be infinite)3Apply brake at handlebar lever and check for continuity between switch contactsReplace switch if there is no continuity or greater than .5 ohms resistance when the brake is applied with slight pressure
INDICATOR LAMP REPLACEMENT
