ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURE CONCENTRIC SWINGARM REAR AXLE
Loosen Eccentric clamp bolts (Step 2)

Alternate Adjustment Method Pin Punch (Step and 6)

6Roll the vehicle ahead or back to adjust chain slack to the proper dimension7Tighten the eccentric clamp bolts to specification
Loosen (2) caliper mounting bracket bolts (Step 2004 models)
1Loosen chain guard2Loosen two eccentric clamp bolts32004 Models Loosen caliper mounting bracket bolts4Using 12 wrench, rotate the housing to adjust chain slack to the proper dimension, and then proceed to Step 7; orfollow Steps and for alternate method if 12 wrench is not availableLoosen
