MAINTENANCE G Replace any worn steering componentsSteering should move freely through entire range of travel without binding
WHEEL ALIGNMENT METHOD 1: STRAIGHTEDGE OR STRING
Be sure to keep handlebars centeredSee notes belowNOTE: String should just touch side surface of rear tire on each side of machine
Elevate front end of machine so front wheels are off the groundCheck for any looseness in front hubwheel assembly by grasping the tire firmly at top and bottom first, and then at front and rearTry to move the wheel and hub by pushing inward and pulling outward
Measure from string to rim at front and rear of rim
Rear rim measurement should be 116 to 18 (.2 to .3 cm) more than front rim measurement
Check for Loose Wheel or Hub
