6-15 Mounting the clutch
NOTE: change the engine oil any time the clutch is damaged Oil all the lining disks prior to mounting Position the 12 driving sleeves on the driver and hold in place with grease if necessary Starting with thin clutch disk 2, alternately insert clutch disks and lining disks 3, finishing with thin clutch disk on topNOTE: the two outer clutch disks are mm thick, the thicker clutch disks (1.4 mm) are positioned on the inside (see drawing)
Insert the pressure piece 5Degrease the screw threads and apply Loctite 243Mount the pressure capScrew on the clutch springs and spring retainers in crosswise direction and tighten to Nm
