6-12 M6x55 (10.9) Mounting the cylinder head top section
Insert the dowels in the cylinder head Degrease the sealing area and apply thin coat of Three Bond silicone sealant
M6x45 M6x30 M6x45 M6x75 M6x30 M6x50
Mount the cylinder head top section and the screws but do not tighten them yet (see drawing for screw lengths)NOTE: mount the M6x55 and M6x75 screws with new 6x10x1 copper seal ring
Check andor adjust the axial clearance of the rocker arm before you tighten the screws To adjust, insert feeler gauge (0.05 mm) between the endpiece and the rocker armPress in the endpiece and tighten the screw near the endpiece Tighten the remaining screws in crosswise direction to 10 NmRocker arm axial clearance 0.020.10 mm
