6-6 Mounting the oil pump
Wipe the contact area on the oil pump cover clean Insert the needle roller in the oil pump shaft Oil the inner and outer rotors and mount them on the oil pump shaftInsert all parts in the engine case
NOTE: mount the inner and outer rotor with marks and facing the caseFill the oil pump housing with engine oil Degrease the screw threads (M5x12) and apply Loctite 222Screw on the oil pump cover and tighten to Nm Insert the needle roller in the bore of the oil pump shaft
