Brake Burnishing Procedure
It is required that burnishing procedure be performed after installation of new brake pads to extend service life and reduce noiseStart machine and slowly increase speed to 30 mphGradually apply brakes to stop machineAllow pads and disc to cool sufficiently during the procedureDo not allow pads or disc to become hot or warping may resultRepeat this procedure 10 times

REAR BRAKE DISC
Disc Inspection
1Visually inspect disc for scoring, scratches, or gougesReplace the disc if any deep scratches are evident
Brake Caliper Mounting Bolt Torque: 18 ftlbs(24 Nm)
4Install the adjuster screw and turn clockwise until stationary pad contacts disc, then back off 12 turn counterclockwise"MXR""S" Shown "MXR" "S"
