BRAKES 5Push mounting bracket inward and slip outer brake pad past edgeThen remove inner pad
Pad Assembly
1Lubricate mounting bracket pins with light film of Polaris Premium All Season Grease (PN 2871423), and install rubber dust bootsMeasure the thickness of the pad materialReplace pads if worn beyond the service limitCompress mounting bracket and make sure dust boots are fully seatedInstall pads with friction material facing each other
If brake pads are contaminated with grease, oil, or liquid soaked do not use the padsUse only new, clean pads3Install caliper onto steering knuckle and torque mounting bolts
