BODYSTEERINGSUSPENSION FOXTM PODIUM-C Shock Disassembly
123Remove the bushings and steel sleeves from the eyeletClean the entire shock and set the compression adjuster to the fully open positionUse 332" Hex Key to remove the button head screw from the FOXTM air valve located on the shock body7Using 38" wrench, loosen and unscrew the bearing assembly from the shock bodyRemove the shaft assembly from the body tube and place it on clean, lint free rag or towelSecurely clamp FOXTM Nitrogen Safety Needle in the viceInsert the safety needle squarely into the center of the gas valve discharging the nitrogen from the shockDispose of the used shock oil
