BODYSTEERINGSUSPENSION 2Disassemble, clean and inspect the lower A-armClosely inspect the thrust washers, needle bearings, seals and shaftsReplace components as requiredNOTE: Apply grease to the inside of the needle bearings before inserting shaft

Insert Aarm shafts, seals and thrust washers into the arm mounting boresInspect needle bearing performance by rotating the shaft inside the bearing (circled)If replacement is required, press the bearings out from opposite sides using drift punch or other suitable toolPress needle bearings from the A-arms using drift punch or other suitable toolDo not re-use bearings once they have been removedA-arm Installation
