1Elevate front end of ATV and safely support machine under footrestframe area5Remove outer brake disc guard, cotter pin, front spindle nut, and washer
Serious injury may result if machine tips or fallsBe sure machine is secure before beginning this service procedureWear eye protection when removing bearings and seals2Check bearings for side play by grasping tirewheel firmly (top and bottom, side to side) and checking for movementIt should rotate smoothly without binding or rough spots6Remove the outer spacer from the spindleInspect outer spacer for wear, replace if neededOuter Spacer
