MAINTENANCE 1Loosen the M6 coolant bleed screw located in the top right-hand side of the cylinder head, 2-3 turns
FINAL DRIVE
Hydraulic Clutch Lever Adjustment
The hydraulic clutch lever is located on the left handlebarThe clutch is self-adjusting, but the lever position can be changed to fit the operator's handTurn the adjusting knob counterclockwise to move the lever closer to the handlebarTurn the adjusting knob clockwise to move the lever away from the handlebar
Loosen M6 Screw
Remove radiator cap and slowly add coolant until the coolant escapes out of the cylinder head bleed screw3Tighten the M6 bleed screw and continue filling the radiator to the bottom of filler neck4Fill coolant reservoir tank to full mark5Install radiator cap half-way and gently squeeze coolant hoses to force any trapped air out of system6Again, remove radiator cap and slowly add coolant to the bottom of fill neck if required7Start engine and observe coolant level in the radiatorAllow air to purge and top off as necessaryReinstall radiator cap and bring engine to operating temperatureAfter engine is cool, check level in reservoir tank and add coolant if necessaryNOTE: Should the reservoir tank become empty, it will be necessary to refill at the radiator and repeat the bleeding procedure
