The instrument cluster senses vehicle speed from the speed sensor located in the transmissionThe instrument cluster measures distance in miles as well as time, hours of operation and engine RPM
Rider Information Display
The rider information display is located in the instrument clusterAll segments will light up for 2.5 seconds at start-upNOTE: If the instrument cluster fails to illuminate, battery over-voltage may have occurred and the instrument cluster may have shut off to protect the electronic speedometer6 8
