BRAKES Pad AssemblyInstallation
1Lubricate mounting bracket pins with light film of Polaris Premium All Season Grease (PN 2871423), and install rubber dust boots5Install the adjustment set screw and turn clockwise until stationary pad contacts disc, then back off 12 turn (counterclockwise)
62Compress mounting bracket and make sure dust boots are fully seatedInstall pads with friction material facing each other
Verify fluid level in reservoir is up to MAX line inside reservoir and install reservoir cap
Master Cylinder Fluid Up to MAX line inside reservoir
7Install wheel and torque wheel nuts
