TPS Replacement
NOTE: The correct position of the TPS angle on the throttle body is established and set at the factoryIf the TPS is replaced, repositioned or loosened it must be recalibratedRefer to the "TPS Adjustment" procedure1If the vehicle is completely assembled, remove the exhaust pipe and exhaust silencer from the vehicle to gain access to the throttle body and TPSDisconnect the TPS harness connection (A)TPS Output Reading (2009 Models) .730 .010 Vdc TPS Output Reading (2010 Models) .690.730 Vdc 11If the voltage does not read within the specification, proceed to the "TPS Adjustment" procedureIf the voltage reading is within specification, no adjustment is requiredRemove the mounting screw (B) and replace the sensor
