ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION Verify TPS Tester Reference Voltage volt reference voltage from the TPS Tester harness is required for the TPS test to be accurateRefer to the instructions provided with the TPS Tester (2201519-A) or follow the bullet point steps below to check reference voltageReference Voltage Test: Insert black voltmeter probe into the test port as shown Insert red voltmeter probe into the test port as shown and verify the voltage reads 4.99-5.01 VdcIf the reading is low, replace the volt battery

123Remove the driver and passenger seats along with the rear service panelRemove the outlet duct from the PVT cover to access the throttle bodyLoosen the hose clamps that secure the throttle body in the intake boot and intake adaptorThis will allow you to rotate the throttle body to access the TPS or allow you to remove the throttle body to perform this procedureAssemble the TPS Tester according to the instructionsRefer to "TPS TesterRegulator" for proper set-up and testingVerify the volt tester battery is newDisconnect the vehicle chassis harness from the TPS5
