ELECTRICAL 4Turn the headlight lamp socket counter-clockwise and remove3Unplug headlamp harness (C)
Turn Harness Assembly

C Loosen Tighten

45Carefully remove headlamp bulb from housing6Remove the headlamp and replace with new headlampNOTE: Do not touch the lamp with bare fingersHold the plastic part (1) of the lampOil from your skin leaves residue, causing hot spot that will shorten the life of the lamp
Remove O-Ring (D) from headlight pivot pins(Both Sides)
Install the new headlamp and harness assembly into the headlight assemblyTurn the headlight harness clockwise to secure the headlamp into placeHeadlight Housing Replacement
