Dual Exhaust Layout
The dual exhaust canisters on select Polaris 800 EFIs are powder coatedTo maintain the finish and prevent corrosion, periodic maintenance is requiredDO NOT use caustic chemicals to clean, as they may damage the finish1Wash any accumulated mud or debris from the canisters with soft brush and soapy water2Use non-caustic cleaner to clean away any remaining grime, salts or oils3Polish if desired using soft cloth4Repeat this procedure as often as desired to maintain the canister's finishNOTE: Silencer removal requires replacement of the silencer grommets, item G, as they become damaged during removal
