FINAL DRIVE 6Remove the LH output hubInspect the bearing and contact surfaces of the output hub for signs of wear or damageReplace component if found to be worn or damaged9Inspect roll cage (B) sliding surfaceThis surface must be clean and free of nicks, burrs or scratchesInspect the Hsprings, but do not remove them from the roll cage
H-Spring
Thoroughly clean all partsInspect the bearing surfaces of the output hubInspect the rollers (A) for nicks, scratches and flat spotsInspect the roll cage (B) for damage or cracksThe rollers must slide up and down freely within the roller cage surfacesInspect the ring gear (C) for consistent wear patternsThe surfaces should be free of nicks or burrs
