Carb Boot Cleaning: 5678Slip the pre-filter element off of main elementClean the pre filter with hot, soapy waterRinse and dry thoroughlyInspect element for tears or damageInspect main filter and replace if necessaryIf the filter has been soaked with fuel or oil it must be replaced
