ELECTRICAL Headlamp Housing Removal
123Disconnect the headlamp from the wiring harnessBe sure to pull on the connector, not on the wiringRemove the O-rings (A) from the headlamp brackets on both sides of the headlampRemove the headlamp from the front bumper

Bulb Replacement
Before replacing the bulb, use digital multi-meter to test the harness to ensure the lamp is receiving 12 volts and that ground path is presentIf tail light, brake light, or work light does not work the bulb may need to be replaced1Remove bulb by turning the rubber base 14 turn and pulling the bulb outReplace it with recommended bulbApply Dielectric Grease (PN 2871329)Test the tail light, brake light, and work light to verify it is working properly
