TRANSMISSION Transmission Shift Housing Reassembly
1Install new shift lever seal flush with the caseApply lubricant to the seal lipPress new bearings (if required) into the housing3Install the input shaft assemblyInstall clutch yoke into the gear selector shaft and springAlign the pivot pin holes and install clutch yoke pivot pin
NOTE: Drive bearings and seals using the outer edge only2Assemble the spring and clips onto the shaft as shownLubricate the shaft and install the assembly into the housingInstall the shift lever ("X" facing out) and screw onto the gear selector shaftTorque to specification"X" out 5Apply sealant to the clutch yoke set screw threads and install flush with the caseDo not torque
