TRANSMISSION Transfer Case Reassembly
1Install the intermediate shaft seal (circled) flush or slightly below the caseInstall circlips and gear onto the input intermediate shaft as shown3Install the shims, bearing cup and alignment dowels into the retaining bracketInstall new output shaft seal flush with the caseInstall the output pinion shaft assembly and bearing cupbracket assembly as shownVerify the alignment dowels are seatedTorque the bracket screws evenly to specificationInstall the front output pinion shaft assembly
