FINAL DRIVE Bearing Installation 5Thoroughly clean the front bearing carrier housing and the outer race on the new bearingBe sure that all oil residue has been removed from each surfaceSupport the bottom of the bearing carrier housing3Install pinch bolts and torque to 17 ftlbs(23 Nm)CAUTION
Use an arbor and press only on the outer race, otherwise bearing damage may occur7Apply Loctite RCTM 680 to the outer circumference of the new bearing race and carefully press the new bearing into the bearing carrier housingApply Loctite RCTM 680
