ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION 3If the resistance is correct- Test the main harness circuit between the sensor connector terminals and the corresponding pin terminals at the ECU (see wiring diagram)- Check the sensor mounting, air gap, flywheel ring gear for damage or runout, and flywheel keyFollow the "CPS Replacement" procedure to inspect CPS and flywheel ring gear for damageIf the resistance is incorrect, follow the "CPS Replacement" procedure4Remove the (3) bolts retaining the front portion of the mounting bracket to the transmissionRetain the bolts, washers, and spacers for installationRemove the bottom bolt that attaches the bracket to the rear gearcase through the hole in the frame support as shown4

Removal 1Safely support the rear of the vehicle off the ground and remove the left-hand rear tire
