BRAKES 2Coat piston with clean Polaris DOT Brake Fluid (C)Install piston (D) with twisting motion while pushing inwardPiston should slide in and out of bore smoothly, with light resistanceLubricate the mounting bracket pins with Polaris Premium All Season Grease (PN 2871423), and install the rubber dust seal boots
Caliper Installation
1Install caliper assembly over the brake disc and onto the hub strut or rear bearing carrierTorque mounting bolts to specification15 ftlbs(20 Nm)

22 ftlbs(30 Nm)
