1Lubricate mounting bracket pins and external slide pin O-ring with light film of Polaris Premium All Season Grease (PN 2871423)3Install caliper and torque mounting bolts to specificationCaliper image shown may differ from actual caliper used

Slowly pump the brake leverpedal until pressure has been built upMaintain at least 12, (12.7 mm) of brake fluid in the reservoir to prevent air from entering the brake systemVerify fluid level in reservoir is at specified level inside reservoir and install reservoir capInstall wheels and torque wheel nuts to specificationCompress mounting bracketInstall pads with friction material facing each other
