Transmission Disassembly
123Clean the exterior of the transmissionRemove all case screwsRemove the left case from the rightBe sure shafts stay with right case
20Support the transmission with another jack21Loosen, but do not remove the bolts from the rear transmission hanger bracket22Remove the (9) transmission-to-engine boltsSportsman 300 Shown
Remove output gear and shaft and pull oil deflector from right caseNote orientation for installation laterOil Deflector
