CVTTRANSMISSION 10Remove roller pins using needle-nose pliers and remove top and bottom O-ringsNOTE "X" MARKS FOR ASSEMBLY 18Lubricate the roller pins with grease and install all pins until fully seatedThe surface of the pins must be approximately flush with the surface of the roller pin hub19Install new O-rings on top and bottom of roller pin hub20Pack all roller tracks with grease21Install the roller pin sleeve and push it down until fully seated against moveable sheave22Clean the threads of the shaft, and threads of the spring retaining nut to remove all oil or grease23Place the driven clutch assembly in the compressor tool24Install spring11Clean all parts to remove old grease before inspecting the components12Carefully inspect the roller tracks in the hub of the moveable sheaveReplace clutch assembly if tracks are visibly worn13Check the pin holes in the shaft of the fixed sheavePins should be firm fit in the holes14Inspect sheaves for wear, damage, or rough spotsReplace the clutch assembly if sheaves are worn or damaged15Apply light film of moly grease to seal lips and to the inside of the roller pin hubInstall the moveable sheave over the shaft of the fixed sheave until the sheaves contact each other16Lift the moveable sheave enough to clean all excess grease from the shaft and the sheave faces to prevent belt contamination after assembly25Install spring retainer on spring, visually aligning the flats of the retainer with the flats on the threaded shaft26Install tool (PA-47457-3) Retainer Alignment Tool onto spring retainer
