BODYSTEERINGSUSPENSION Front Strut Removal
Refer to illustration on page 5.121234567Elevate and safely support front of ATV off the groundRemove the wheel on the side of the ATV that the strut is to be replacedRemove the front cab (see "Front Cab Removal")With an open end wrench hold the strut flange nut (13) and with socket turn the strut rod headRemove the screw that holds on the brake line to the strutRemove the front carrier bearing assembly fasteners (4,14)Remove the strut from the vehicle43
Front Strut Installation
Refer to illustration on page 5.1212Place strut assembly into the frame and insert the strut flange nut (13)Insert the strut into the carrier bearing assembly and insert the fasteners (4,14)Torque the top strut flange nut (13) to specification
