123Insert the steering post assembly into the ATV chassisPlace the steering post lower bracket into the front gearcaseApply blue Loctite to the threads of the bracket bolts (F) and torque the bolts to specification5Place the tie rod retainer (H) between the tie rod end and the retaining bolt (I), on the opposite side of the steering frog as shownInsert the tie rod end bolts (I) from the bottom of the tie rod and torque the tie rod fasteners to specification
Lower Steering Post Bearing Bracket 19-22 ftlbs(26-30 Nm) 4Attach the steering post upper bracket to the frame and torque the upper nuts (G) to specification7
