Steering Post Removal
12Remove the front cab (see "Front Cab Removal" procedure)Remove the instrument pod and the (4) handlebar block fasteners (see INSTRUMENT PODPodKey SwitchChokeInstrument Cluster" removal procedure)Remove the handlebar from the steering postRemove the fuel tank bracket (A) from the fuel tank and frame9Remove the steering tie rod ends (D) from the steering bracket (E)Note the orientation of the fasteners and bracket on the steering assembly
3410Remove the fasteners (F) from the steering post lower bracket at the front gearcase
