MAINTENANCE Radiator Removal 123456Remove the front cab assembly (see Chapter 5)Remove the upper filler neck coolant hose from the left hand side of the radiatorRemove the lower engine thermostat hose from the left hand side of the radiatorRemove the lower engine water pump hose from the right hand side of the radiatorRemove the small coolant return line from the top of the radiatorRemove the (4) fasteners retaining the radiator guard and remove the guard from the vehicle

NOTE: If operating the ATV through water, be sure to check the CVT system components for water ingestionThe ATV should be checked immediately1Remove the CVT drain plug and O-ring located on the bottom of the CVT cover
