CVT SYSTEM Driven Clutch Assembly
1Insert new seals into the outer sheave assemblyFill the outer sheave cavity with fresh grease and slide onto the inner sheave shaftAlign and insert the (2) rollerpin assembliesInstall new o-rings and the outer roller pin coverPlace the washer onto the threaded shaft and apply Loctite 272 to the threads5Install driven clutch hub, then the retaining nut and O-ringTorque retaining nut to specification
Driven Clutch Nut Torque 24 ftlbs(34 Nm)
